The construction process of the mixing towable pump is followed by installation, piping arrangement, test machine (inspection), forklift feeding, material loading, mixer mixing, concrete delivery to the designated position for construction,construction completion operation.
1.Set a stirring towable pump on the construction site
When placing the pump on site, it must be set on a firm and level ground, without slopes and potholes. Around the site, it should be ensured that there is sufficient water source and reliable power supply.
2.Piping arrangement
The pipeline for conveying concrete should be implemented in accordance with the equipment operation manual and the good conditions of the site. Minimize bends and lay them on the principle of the shortest distance and the smallest bends.
It is necessary to ensure that the pipe clamps at the joints of each pipeline are firm, with good sealing performance and no leakage of slurry. The horizontal pipelines should be erected with support points, and the vertically upward pipelines should be reinforced with fixed points to avoid shaking and loosening of the mixing pump when pumping is on.
3.Test machine (check)
Inspection is an important item in each construction. Don’t think it is very cumbersome. Checking various conditions of the pump is beneficial to the construction. The pump can avoid some failures and discover hidden dangers in advance. Idling the pump and pumping water or pumping mortar to make the dual purpose of checking and wetting the pipes.
4.Forklift feeding
Mix the sand, stones, cement etc. according to the proportion required by the national standard. Generally, there is one forklift stone, one forklift sand, and two bags of cement ( the cement is done manually or by the cement hanger of the machine itself). The truck puts concrete into the hopper.
5.Mixing
The concrete material is put into the mixer by remote control lifting hopper, and the mixer automaticallly mixes and adds water(the timer for adding water can be adjusted in advance, and it can be modified according to the condition of the concrete material. In general, the pump has been set the initial value before leaving the factory.), the concrete is mixed for the first time, and the mixed concrete is uniform and of good quality.
6.Conveying concrete to the designated location for construction
The mixer sends the mixed concrete into the hopper of the pump machine through the discharge door (remote control) of the mixer, and then the concrete is mixed for the second time by the pump, and then the concrete is pumped to the pouring point.
7.Construction completion operation
After the construction is completed, some steps need to be completed, an important aspect of reducing pipeline blockage. After working, it is necessary to pump the mortar once to letout the stones in the concrete conveying pipe, and then open the pipe with a cleaning ball to clean the pipe and flush the pump.
